I'm here to serve as your trusted guide along the entire journey of buying and selling real estate. My experience is diverse and leverages a wealth of information and contacts gained from working over a decade in the industry.

The “One Size Fits You” approach.
As your real estate guide, I aim to provide you with as much information you need as possible. For one client family, this meant tracking the market for over a year to predict when the sales curve was beginning to shift. They wanted to sell at the peak of the market so I meticulously tracked and researched to find it.

What’s important to each client will differ. I take the time to find out what’s most important to you and consult on those factors. If I have suggestions on items you may be overlooking, I'm sure to discuss those with you as well. The result of this approach is a real estate experience tailored to you.

I love data.
You’ll hear me talk about things like the Case-Shiller Index, builder sentiment, economic factors affecting real estate, and more. I love to geek out on data. Why? Next to the emotional aspect of buying and selling real estate, data is what drives people to make decisions. If you want to know one of my secrets, I go into negotiations armed with data. Frankly, it makes my job easier since it’s hard to argue with the numbers.

Resourcefulness is key.
Just as one gets wiser with age, one gets wiser with every year in real estate. I’ve become adept at overcoming difficulties since I’ve learned how to navigate most of them over the years. If I don’t have the solution, I likely know someone who does.

I am meticulous.
I pride myself in taking great care of every element of your home sale or home purchase and work in your best interest at all times. From being diligent with timelines to a thorough review of contracts and forms regarding your transaction, I treat your home as if it were my own.
